At Classic Concept Creations LLC, customer satisfaction and project integrity are our top priorities. However, due to the nature of construction and contracting, all agreements are binding once initiated.
1. Cancellations
Clients may cancel a project prior to the start of any work or material purchases. A written cancellation request must be submitted to info@classicconceptcreations.com.
2. Refunds
Refunds may be issued only if:

Work has not commenced

No materials or permits have been purchased

Cancellation occurs within 5 business days of contract signing
A 10% administrative fee may apply to cover processing and scheduling costs.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Completed work
-
Custom materials or permits obtained on client’s behalf

Design or consultation fees
Refund decisions are made at the discretion of Classic Concept Creations LLC management.
